I’m taking my love of connecting people to resources to Kisumu, Kenya. I’ll be working with a Kenyan organization, Our Lady of Perpetual Support on their Rita Rose Garden and Farm. 90+ women care for the farm. Some are HIV/AIDS+. All of them care for at least one orphan or vulnerable child from their extended family. Yields from the farm supplement the nutrition of the patients at OLPS’ HIV/AIDS health clinic, as well as families in the community. Extra ncome from the farm also supports OLPS’ operations. I’m committed to bringing $20,000 to this project, and ensuring that the farm reaches its potential. Watch us grow.
